PART 4
Early in the morning, the Boss went back to the main house. And we enjoyed a rare bit of unscheduled time cuddling with each other in bed. But it was a full day, and after eating and the standard morning personal chores, it was time to report to the gym.
The trainer had long decided to emphasize our individual body types. His goal was for both of us to be well defined and with a body fat around 3-5%, and in great aerobic shape.
